Please note that although I have taken extreme care to ensure the colour representation and description of each yarn is accurate on my website, however there may be a slight variance on how your monitor is set up. When you order yarn it will all be the same dye lot when dispatched, but if you require more of the same yarn in the future the dye lot may be different.
How do I make an order?
When you decide to place an order enter the quantity of the item that you need and then click the add to basket button. The item will be added to your shopping basket, which will appear on the top of the left hand column. When you have finished shopping and would like to proceed to payment, click checkout. This will take you to the checkout page just follow the step by step instructions to complete your order. After your purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email.
Why do I need to log in or register before checking out?
By logging in or registering for an account before checking out, I will be able to retrieve your name, postal address and email together with your basket and payment status. This will allow me to quickly identify you and process and dispatch your order.
Items out of Stock
I try to keep as much stock as possible. If you order an out of stock item I will contact you as soon as possible to give you an approximate delivery date, if this does not meet your requirements you can select another item or receive a refund.
If you order more wool/yarn then what I have in stock,
I can send you what I have so you can start your project and send the rest on when it arrives (no extra postage).
