If you wish to exchange goods you MUST contact Bubs 2 Grubs Knitting within 7 days of receipt of goods to discuss arrangements. Pattterns, books and sale items will not exchanged so please select carefully. No refund will be offered on change of mind - exchange or shop credit only. all associated postage costs will be at the customers expense and goods must be returned in unopened original condition.
Faulty
Faulty or wrongly supplied goods will be exchanged or refunded and postage will be at Bubs 2 Grubs Knittings expense. You must contact me within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Damaged
Bubs 2 Grubs knitting will not cover parcels lost or damaged in transit, Australia post offer registered post and it is recommended that you purchase this option. It is essential if this option is selected and goods arrive damaged that all packaging be kept as this is needed for Australia Post assessment of damages.
